There are no links for navigating the text or jumping to related topics and the formatting is incorrect such that code doesn't display properly or gets mixed in with other text.

five star for contents, but no syntax highlighting, tab missing in example code
In my opinion, HTML/PDF is better than kindle edition (navigation, example code syntax highlighting.. etc...)
ZeroMQ is fast, has a small footprint, and is solid as a rock. And this is the best book yet available to guide you (and evangelize you) through its usage.
This is nice to have on the kindle, but the same text is available from the website as a PDF and HTML.
